Welcome to our private wellness facility! Below you will find the general terms and conditions that apply to your visit:
1. Reservation and Payment
- Reservation is required in advance through our booking system on the website www.wellnesssymphony.cz or via email at symphony@privatniwellness.com.
- Reservations must be made for a specific date and time. Additional services can be added to the reservation according to the offer.
- Reservations for private wellness are always for 1-2 persons (Daphne and Figaro spaces) or for 1-4 persons (Carmen space), unless otherwise stated in the offer.
- Payment for services is made in advance online through the payment gateway. For on-site reservations, payment can be made in cash or by card. • After payment for the selected services, the Client will receive a confirmation of the payment and an electronic tax document to the email address provided. By placing the order, the Client expressly agrees to the issuance and sending of the electronic tax document.
2. Cancellation Policy
- Please inform us of any reservation cancellations as soon as possible via email at symphony@privatniwellness.com.
- Reservations are non-refundable. If you cancel the reservation or fail to attend, you will be charged 100% of the booked reservation price.
3. Code of Conduct
- Please arrive on time, as the length of stay and entry time to the wellness facility are fixed and cannot be changed.
- Please respect the peace and comfort of other guests.
- Respect the staff and follow their instructions.
- Bringing your own refreshments, alcohol, or intoxicating substances into the wellness facility is prohibited.
- Smoking is prohibited in all areas of the private wellness facility. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of 5000 CZK for subsequent ventilation and cleaning of the private wellness space.
4. Liability
- We do not accept responsibility for personal belongings brought into the facility.
- Injuries or property damage caused by failure to follow staff instructions are the responsibility of the guest.
5. Hygiene
- Please shower before entering the wellness facility.
- Adhere to hygiene standards, including showering before using the whirlpool or sauna.
6. Children
- Children under 18 years of age may only be admitted when accompanied by an adult.
- The wellness facility's equipment may have restrictions on use by children; please respect these rules.
7. Complaints
- If you have any complaints or concerns, please contact reception, where we will be happy to assist you.
8. Personal Data Protection
- Your personal data will be protected in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions
- We reserve the right to update our terms and conditions at any time, with all changes being posted on our website.
10. Limitation of Liability
- The wellness facility reserves the right to limit or refuse service in case of non-compliance with the terms and conditions.
11. Agreement to Terms
- By agreeing to these terms, the client confirms that they are over 18 years of age.
